Applying doesn't have to be complicated – it can be done so quickly.

1. Your online application

Quick and easy.

You don't need a cover letter. Instead, you can upload your CV directly via the job advertisement, fill in the remaining data briefly and sit back. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt from us and your potential team leader will be informed.

2. Get to know us


Transparency - so important.

Was your application convincing? Then our HR team will contact you and arrange an appointment for a 1st telephone interview. Participants? Only you and an HR member. In this first interview we want to clarify open questions and also give you the opportunity to ask questions about the company. This interview is not a one-way street, which is why we like it to be direct and honest.

3.Do we fit together?


We'll invite you to an interview.

So that we all get a better picture of each other, we sit down face-to-face or in a video call. Here we can go into depth and you can ask all your burning questions about the job and your department. We also want to know what drives you. That's how we find out if we're a good fit for each other.

4. Meet the makers


Your team is waiting for you.

You want to continue and so do we? Then we invite you to get to know the team and the department management in person. You will have the chance to gain first insights into your workplace and the team structure. You may also be able to do some test work to get a better feel for the job and the way we work.

5.Welcome to the team


You have made it!

Now there is only one step left to finalise your employment contract. After all the details have been clarified and your start date has been set, we can directly initiate your onboarding process.

Come on board - our onboarding process in a nutshell.

1.Pre-Onboarding


Ready for your first day at work.

We want to make it easier for you to start working. That's why we send you a welcome mail in advance with a personnel questionnaire and our onboarding presentation. This will give you general information about the company, while we prepare a welcome gift for you, which will be waiting for you at your new workplace.

2.Orientation


On to your first day at work.

You won't be thrown in at the deep end straight away. Of course, we'll show you our entire location during a welcome tour - from the premises to all the teams and finally your personal workplace. Your equipment will not be neglected either. You will receive your laptop and everything you need for your work on your first day.

3. Integration


Run. Falling down. Getting up. Keep going.

We'll be with you step by step during your probationary period. Even if things don't go so smoothly, we'll give you a helping hand in onboarding meetings. An open dialogue helps us to respond to the wishes of our new and existing employees. The final interview at the end of the probationary period rounds off your onboarding experience.
